I need a International laptop Internet card which one is the best

I need a International laptop Internet card which one is the best?
I am not sure what internet card will provide me with good internet though out my time on a ship while I travel to japan, china, vietnam, india, africa, and brazil. thanks

I don't think there is any, because of the varying differences between country regulations or the roaming charges are often really huge. I would just see if the ship you are on has any wireless access built in. There is mobile satellite, but that is kinda expensive, slow, and hard to set up. Also they are made for putting them on trucks and RV, not boats
