How much (in value) can bring in electronics into Brazil?
I'm a Brazilian citizen moving back to Brazil from the US. How much can I bring in??? I checked customs n it says "Technically, the limit for goods brought back by Brazilians/residents to the country (via air travel) is US$500.00. " Does that mean i can't even bring my laptop with me??? Because that alone is over $1000 USD. What are the exact regulations for bringing any/all electronics into Brazil?

What's the best way to get Wifi for 2 months in Brazil
What's the best way to get Wifi for 2 months in Brazil?
My boss is going abroad to Brazil for 10 weeks in the new year and needs to know how to get Wifi - whether through hotspots or through a portable card or tether connection for his laptop. What's the best way (convenient, but also not rediculously expensive)? Does anyone know if there is a month to month cell data card he can get while there? Thanks!

steal it
Answer 2 :
Depends on where he'll stay. I don't know if there's a portable card, but it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. There are hot spots many malls and restaurants

Taxes you don't have to worry about, it's shipping. Really, there's no way to completely avoid shipping charges, but maybe instead of shipping your goods, you can wait till you guys see each other next, otherwise, your always going to be stuck with a very big shipping bill.
Answer 2 :
send it thru usps and no there aren't a ton of taxes
